On the Tweed River, and just up the road from Coopers Shoot – creative hub of Jack Crick Wares – is a little place known as Currumbin. It's not as well known as neighbouring locales like Burleigh Heads or the Gold Coast, but that's just how the inhabitants of this pristine hamlet like it.

With stunning waterways, lush sub-tropical vegetation, and an abundance of flora and fauna, early historians mapped the area incorrectly on a few occasions – maybe they were distracted by the natural beauty, or maybe they just had a line or a pot overboard trying to nab some tasty local produce?

Either way, Currumbin Creek Crab farm is a creative catch for all seasons.
